By participating in this event/purchasing a ticket/buying merchandise, I hereby release The Hideout, Envision Innovations LLC, Mulberry Mountain Lodging & Events, Red Feather Productions, LLC and it’s officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates, from any and all liability from property damage, personal injuries and other claims arising from or in connection with my participation in THE HIDEOUT Arkansas event including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent.
